add all the missing resources and a test to check it

hi, the question is related to NHV-104,

i do a test (in attachment) to find all the constraint where the resources are missing (the test is sure not optimal but it's better than nothing).

the messages for this constraints are wrong/missing:
"NHibernate.Validator.Constraints.CreditCardNumberAttribute" (wrong) ("NHibernate.Validator.Constraints.FileExistsAttribute"

i would also ask to add/update this messages for italian language:
{validator.creditCard} - numero della carta di credito non valido
{validator.email} - email non formattata correttamente
{validator.ipaddress} - deve essere un indirizzo IP valido
{validator.fileExists}- file inesistente

(i think that a better implementation of my test will be useful to don't forget to add new messeges if in the future release will be added same new cosntraints)
