tooltip help in configuration files with XSD:Annotations

Description

XSD supports an annotation/documentation section. In Visual Studio this have the effect that when i hold mouse down over an element the annotation is displayed as tooltip.

I think this could be very helpfull while editing the configuration files.

Fabio you are right. There are there but i did not notice it. If i found a place where it where useful to add something, i write a separate issue for it.

Steve we are using Annotation: take a look to the <mapping> element.
If you think that it will be useful in some other place, please let us know.
