Multiple HiLo per Table Generator

Description

A hilo identifier generator that returns a Int62, constructed using a hi/lo algorithm. The hi value MUST be fetched in a seperate transaction to the Session transaction so the generator must be able to obtain a new connection and commit it. Hence this implementation may not be used when the user is supplying connections.

As Fabio suggested, I am uploading the implementation of the MultipleHiLoPerTableGenerator and fixed files from NHiberante.Tests project. The uploaded archives contain changed files (comparing with revision 5380 from the trunk) with project folders structure.
