ILifeCycle OnUpdate event is not firing

Description

NHibernate version 0.6.0.0 is not invoking the OnUpdate() method for classes implementing the ILifecycle interface.

Environment

Windows XP Pro, 1.1 Framework, NHibernate version 0.6.0.0

The test fixtures for ILifecycle are still working according to the documentation on them.

I need a test fixture and domain classes with their mappings to duplicate this.

Hibernate docs say OnUpdate doesn't fire every time an entity is updated, only when a transient entity first passed to session.Update().

Scott, is this really a bug or does it work as per documentation?
