Stateless Session Linq Support

Description

Support Linq queries on a Stateless Session.

  • Implement List() method on StatelessSessionImpl that is used by the Linq Provider.

  • Extract out CreateQuery() methods from ISession and IStatelessSession to a common IQueryFactory interface so that either can be passed through to NHQueryable

  • Add BeginTransaction with IsolationLevel for StatelessSession

I couldn't get the NUnit tests working before or after this patch, but some initial tests of my own seem to all pass.
