EntityName + inheritance doesn't work

Description

When using dynamic entities, inheritance cannot be used. "instance not of expected entity type".

Both test + impl influenced by similiar bug in Hibernate
http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/hibernate/browse/HHH-3351

Needed for Envers.
