Default ProxyFactory

People: NHibernate should have a default ProxyFactoryFactory
Fabio: a default shouldn't imply a default dependency with another framework.

NuGet users and team: NHibernate shouldn't have options. The NHibernate package should come with everything needed.
Fabio: big project in OSS world has options and those options may mean a dependency with other framewroks.
NuGet users and team: NHibernate should have to choose a default!!!

Fabio: Hey Philip (Laureano) can you donate your work on LinFu dynamic-proxy to NHibernate ?
Philip (Laureano): Sure!
Fabio: I have to change something, have you some problem ?
Philip (Laureano): absolutely not!
Fabio: ok, I'll add a header to each DynamicProxy files to thanks you.
Philip (Laureano): thanks!

Moral of the story: we have a very nice start point and the NH's dynamicproxy is around the corner.
