Remove support for non-generic ISet in mapped classes

Description

NHibernate 4 should build on .Net 4 without Iesi.Collections. There is no non-generic ISet in the BCL. Since generics are commonplace today, there seems to be little use for continued support of ISet. Therefore, support for ISet should be removed.
