Replace System.Data with System.Data.Common

Description

The ADO.NET API from System.Data is ancient and freezed in .NET 1.1.

Microsoft suggests to use System.Data.Common API.

It will be a breaking change

Can the master branch in the repository become targeted to 5.0 now with a side branch for 4.x updates?

Definitely vote for change. NH4.0 is about bringing it up to date with .NET, and to me this issue seems to fall under the very same umbrella as the infamous Iesi.
