Moving to future version, there seems to be no code available.

It now also supports VARCHAR2, NVARCHAR2, and RAW columns up to a length of 32,767 bytes, but only if this was enabled by changing an initialization parameter: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E16655_01/server.121/e17209/sql_elements001.htm#SQLRF55623

No idea how that could be handled by a dialect.
