uuid.hex mapper issue

Description

uuid.hex mapping by code is not complete: format and separator cannot be specified. The return type is also wrong(guid instead of string).

I saw that for the spelling issue. But I didn't want to mess with it because it's not the only place where there is this typo. The UUIDHexGenerator.cs also has the same issue.

Not at all! It's great to have the community contributing... and everyone makes mistakes, starting with myself!
BTW, my PR also fixes an error: the "separator" parameter was called "seperator" in the mapping by code class, which would break thinks later.
