Support for conditional count in Linq

Description

I think that would be nice if we could have conditional count capability for Linq provider.
Here I have post a question on StackOverflow.com that shows my interest in this regard.
I know that I can achieve the same result using QueryOver,Criteria,Hql and Sql yet there are times that using Linq is a most.
