Update JetDriver to use NHibernate 3.2 GA

Description

This patches provide the following changes:

  • Update the project files to Visual Studio 2010

  • Update the library files to NHibernate 3.2.0 GA

  • Modify the sources to support NHibernate 3.2.0 GA

Just ignore patch 1650 and do the following:
Copy NHibernate 3.2.0.4000 (with the corresponding Iesi.Collections and the *.xsd files) to src/NHibernate.JetDriver/lib/net/3.5 and delete all other (unneeded) files.

I cant apply patch 1615. It crash the tortoisesvn.

Anyone having similar problem?
