SysCache slidingExpiration property doesn't work properly

Description

Sliding expiration keeps sliding, and doesn't behave as expected. See http://nhibernate.sourceforge.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1015

I'm having trouble with my working copy, and I don't have time to debug the nant build file. The code looks good. I'll ask if someone else can apply the patch.
