Memcached.Client library is using log4net 1.2.9, instead of 1.2.10

Description

This disable the use of MemCached caching with NH 1.2
Temporary solution may be to compile Memcached client ourself, but we lose the strong name that way.
I am going to contact the developers and see if they can push a version with 1.2.10, and then move to that.
