Added dialect option to enable Oracle specific mappings

Description

Hi,
this patch will enable you to specify dialect for your mappings. Currently if you use dialect specific features (i.e. sequences generator in Oracle) the generation will fail.

Attached see patch that fixes this issue. It will keep the default dialect MsSql unless specified otherwise.
